WORLD GEOGRAPHY

Credit 1        Grade 9

This course will be one year in length.  It will begin with a study of the meaning of Geography.  After studying this meaning the student will begin learning Physical and Human patterns of the earth.  The course will then move into a Regional and Country study of the world which will include Governments, Culture, Religions, Languages, Capitals and many other things in the world and on the face of earth.  This course is designed in part to prepare students for admission to a university.
